ABOUT K.C.
K.C. has always been an adventurer at heart, but her travels were relegated to the very limited vacation time given by most U.S. employers. After living life in a cubicle for far too long, she decided to purse her dreams, breaking free from the 9 to 5 grind to travel the world and write about her experiences.
Fast forward 15 years later: She’s the author of Best Travel Guide for First Time Visitors to Ireland and has written hundreds of travel articles published online and in print, including Yahoo! Travel, Trips To Discover, Hotels.com, Honeymoons.com, Cruise Insider, Travelocity, and The Discoverer, among a long list of others.
She has traveled much of the world checking off many bucket-list experiences while enjoying plenty of surprises in between. Just a few include being just steps from grizzly bears in Alaska, paddling with beluga whales near the Arctic Circle and among crocodiles in the Amazon after dark, cuddling with whales in the Sea of Cortez, and spending the night alone in a haunted Irish castle.
